And there is more to come....Please don't be overwhelmed!

Shopping at the DI

We love shopping at the DI there is always a great find! These hats weren't totally a necessity but fun all the same! And lucky for us there was 4 of them! One for each of us! I made my mom wear one while we shopped... she didn't find it too fun but I thought it was hilarious, and Sydnee enjoyed it! Sydnee couldn't wait till we got home to give daddy his!

Kaeson is not so sure of his new accessory!
Ok... I think it is growing on him!

SmOoChInG sIbLiNgS!

My babies get along so well... having them close is crazy but i would never change it!

Completely satisfied!

Hangin' out with some new friends!

I recently started working for Hearts and Hands homecare Taking care of this really sweet lady that has two adorable grandkids, Kyree age 5 and Ashlin age 3. I am able to take Sydnee and Kaeson to work with me if I need to, well Syd has made friends with Kyree and Ashlin, She really likes there play kitchen, and there Cadillac Escalade power wheels. Sydnee is not so sure about the swimming but she likes to put her feet in and splash with the girls in their indoor pool and hot tub. I am so glad Sydnee has got some fun friends to play with

Mother's Day!

This year was an awesome Mother's Day! I have the two best gifts in all the world! We had a BBQ at our house for my family and for Drew's family... both went well and we had a ton of fun! Sorry I don't have any pics from Drew's family!
This year Patty, Amy, my dad, and myself all went in on getting my mom's car detailed...we get them done at Curtis Brough if you wanted to know and they do an amazing job! Tell them i sent you! Anyway her car was her moms before she passed away, so my mom cares a lot for this car. She loved the car and she refuses to let dirt get on it! My dad bought my mom a new a grill so they gave us their old one ( we are so not against hand-me-downs)!
Drew gave me a tanning pass for Mother's day! So nice of him!
Just have to add this! I have the best mommy and mother-in-law in the world!

Jace doing what he absolutly loves to do... playing with sis! They could play with this wagon for hours!
Drew showing off his mad grilling skills on his new used grill!
Hey Brandon! Thats my mom's grill!
The Finish product! The inside looked amazing!

Playing at the Park!

Having a play date with the Amy, Brandon, Chaz, Jace!

Ridin' Around!

One of our favorite little outdoor activities is going for a nice bike ride... even though we don't get to do it as much as we would like due to work and I'm just too lazy! Kaeson and Sydnee are best buds and they love being together!

See ya later!
Kaeson really does like it he just doesn't show too many emotions...ha ha ha just kidding have you seen how much this kid smiles? I think he is just bugged with how long it takes his mommy to get things ready! This face shows.... are we ready yet?

Easter 2009

This easter was awsome! I was trying to get Sydnee all hyped for the Easter Bunny! I told her that he was going to come and hide all the eggs she colored and then leave her candy... Sydnee started crying and said "I don't want him to take my eggs!" I explained to her how it all works, she still seemed upset till Easter when she woke up and the Easter Bunny had hidden all of the eggs we colored... She thought that was cool finding all the eggs.

Kaeson was so funny! He wanted to eat the eggs more than he wanted to color them! but he loved playing in the plastic eggs! We went to Tremonton's egg hunt and it was so windy and so cold that Drew just held Kaeson while me and Sydnee got eggs and we left in a hurry cause Sydnee kept saying "I freezing"!
Then the day before Easter we always go over to my parents house and color more eggs. Drew was at work so thats why we colored some at our house so we could do it as a family!

Hangin' with cousin Kayce!

We had my Niece Kayce come and stay the weekend with us and we all had a Blast!

Big Girl Talk!

Since Sydnee learned to talk she has always said Da Woe for thank you and we have never corrected it because I love it so much... In fact it got the whole family saying it and it becomes a habit when we go to a restaurant and the waiter/waitress brings me my meal I say Da woe! My friend Abbey has told me repeatedly... Not every one knows what Da Woe means. I forget. Last Night I told Sydnee to tell her daddy thank you for dinner and I about cried when the words THANK YOU were spoken. I told Drew that she is growing up! But Sydnee is not dumb and she knows that we love Da woe so she will throw it in with a smile!

Luv a Luv a Luv a You!

When I was a little girl my dad would always say to me I luv a luv a luv a you Clicker Dawn! It was our saying and even as I was growing up I never got tired of the saying. In fact it always brightened my day when he would sneak in a little luv a luv a luv a you Clicker Dawn before I would go somewhere or to bed.
I waited for the day when I could share the same connection that my dad and I had with my own little girl... I finally got it! Sydnee has been a talking machine and sometimes you wonder if she is going to shut up....even just for a minute. But it never tires when I am frustrated with her or trying to do something when she smiles and says "luv a luv a luv a you MOMMY!"
You can't stay mad at that!!! Especially when she adds in... "I wanna kiss you mommy"

I could never have imagined the joys of motherhood until I became a mother myself, I am so content and happy... we have a wonderful little family!

Cousin FUN!

During the Superbowl Sydnee and Jace really where nowhere to be seen. They were off playing by themselves... They surprised us with there own little business..." Making ice cream and Sydnee Oats" What wonderful imaginations kids have!

CROUP!

We took Sydnee to the doctor last night to an after hours visit. She has croup...Its going around bad! I didn't know much about croup until last night but she is on a steroid and Tylenol for her fevers. She is doing OK she just gets these little coughing spells and has a hard time catching her breath after. Sydnee was so sick she was having mommy wait on her hand and foot. She got breakfast in bed, and enjoyed her new movie Madagascar 2 Escape to Africa.

Kaeson's new Do!

Kaeson has got some super blond hair and he doesn't have much of it. But he had a huge mo hawk and it was time for me to part with the little bit of hair he did have...

Bumping up and Down in my Lil Red Wagon!

Sydnee has this old Barney movie that we bought her...compliments to the DI. This movie is like when Barney first became a hit when I was little, the Barney in it is a super dark purple and the acting is really bad, but that doesn't matter to Syd she loves it! They have a lot of songs on it that she has now picked up and sings all the time... One being "Bumping Up and Down In My Little Red Wagon" Here she is dragging her little brother into her play time and singing the entire time!

Are You Ready For Some FOOTBALL!?

Superbowl XXXVIII Cardinals vs. Steelers!

Well I lost a six pack of sprite to my dad but it was fun anyway! We went to my parents and had hogies and lots of treats!

Drew's New Do!

Drew wanted to see how long he could grow his hair.... It was pretty long but then he couldn't take it any more. He refuses to let me make an appointment for his hair....so I braved it and cut his hair. I say braved it because my husband is a little picky about how he likes his hair cut and previous times... he has ended up doing it himself or being bald!

I have to admit I did pretty good this time because I only had to fix two things! Yea me!

Kaeson's 6 month check up

Just thought I would share Kaeson's 6 month doctor visit.
He is 19 lbs 6 oz.....What a chunk!

He is 26 3/4"

75% for his weight, 50% for head circum. and height.

He is scooting and rolling all over the place!

He growls to get your attention!

He is always smiling!!!

He is super squishy!...That is what everyone says.... I just want to squish him!

The pediatrician says that Kaeson is defiantly thriving and he wants me to stop starving him....he he he Lil joke!
